I’ve been pretty hooked on some infectious tracks by NewVillager lately so I finally decided to check out IAMSOUND for more info. It’s certainly not befitting to label these two guys as a band, but rather, as described in their bio…as multimedia artists. It’s really cool how they create this aesthetic realm of colorful art and sound, and it’s no wonder they’re included in this book. 

Especially with the “LightHouse” music video, it’s like walking through a contemporary art exhibit, which can either be appealing or disturbing. Overall, these guys are intriguing so I certainly recommend reading more about their methodology. Unlike a band that might have gotten together for some jam sessions, it took these guys 4 years to develop a concept for their debut album that challenges our senses.

p.s. is it just me, or do they not like spaces in between words?
